i think a man who love you will always want to talk with you,even he is busy,he would hold on otherthings to reply you.i don't know why your boyfriend is so odd.

It's hard to tell from what you have said. Perhaps you catch him when he is busy? For example, I can't talk while I'm at work. Because I'm at work. Or perhaps I am with other people. I can't talk when I'm with other people. That's how it is. It's rude to be with other people, and ignoring all of them, to chat on the phone. That's horribly rude. If I came by your home, and we went out to eat, and your boy friend called you on the phone... that would be rude to ignore me your friend, while you chat on the phone. There is however, another possibility. Perhaps he's just not interested in you like you think he is. Maybe he likes you, but just not as much as you like him. It's possible he's letting you know that you need to move on, and find someone else.
