I am not into breads that's why it is only these two that I eat during breakfast apart from the asian breakfast rice dishes. Since I found out that I was lactose intolerant, I stopped eating bread and cheese all in all especially in the morning. I also lessened my bread in take as yeast is also hard for my stomach to digest. For a lover of food for years, without being choosy at all kind, I underwent a huge adjustment on my eating habits.
So, breakfast for me now, is oatmeal instead of cereals or bread. Good thing there is lactose free milk which I still use a lot on this grain. I just have to warm it though so that it softens the oatmeal faster and then add some almonds and fruits on it such as banana and apples. Asian diet is what my doctor says suits my digestive system as even pasta would have yeast or gluten. But when in a hurry in the morning, it doesn't make sense taking time to prepare a time consuming asian dish.:)

I am not a fan of eating cereals. I would prefer eating oatmeal for breakfast instead. It has higher fiber content which is good for losing weight and most especially, good for the heart and less expensive compared to cereals.

Eggs for me because you really need lots of protein in the morning :)

I love oatmeal but before I don't even swallow it because of the appearance of oatmeal when mixed with hot water but when my husband put some fresh fruits and milk I started to love it. Every morning we eat oatmeal with banana, apple or mango, its very delicious and healthy. Also I love rice when I was young, I eat rice every morning with fried eggs and hotdogs serve with fresh juice before going to school.
