If you want to be able to continue eating healthy, buy local and buy vegetables and fruits that are in season. Most healthy recipes are based on what's available on a regular western grocery. Some countries don't really those kind of food so you can try finding some alternatives.

eating healthy is never easy unless you can afford healthy food and you know where to get those healthy food. i have a housemate who is concerned with her food and sustainability. she is growing er own vegetables and herbs on small pots of those. se is really serious. she looks for shops that offer healthy products even if it entails long biking from our place. i am learning from her.
