Tonight I tried making a home made ice cream for the sweetest person
in my life, my boyfriend.Have you ever tried making one?..Try it for
yourself :) It's a nice feeling when you make something special just
like this for the person you love the most.

Sound great. I want to make, but I don't know how to make ice cream. My child likes ice-cream very much. Maybe I can make it for her. But can you tell me how to make it? Thanks very much.

I'm not sure if your daughter likes this kind of ice cream I made.
It's a coffee ice cream w/ dates & walnuts.But you can choose
whatever toppings she like.For example chocolate chips or any nuts
that will go w/ it.
First thing you should do is dissolve 1 tbsp of cornstarch in a 1/4
cup of water.Set aside.Then boil 1 cup of water.Add dissolved cornstarch
& let boil for a minute while stirring constantly.Add 2 tsp instant coffee
powder.Turn heat to medium low.Add 1 cup of milk,1 can condensed milk
and 1 pack all purpose cream.Stir & let simmer for a couple of minutes.
Temper 2 egg yolks w/ milk mixture.Pour into the simmering pot.Stir & turn
off heat & let it chill overnight.
Add the toppings:chocolate chips.walnuts & dates..
Then your done! ^-^
