Microworkers pin request !

Hi lotters. I have seen lots of discussion about microworkers here. And many of you are working there. I have joined microworkers about 6 months! When I request my first withdraw I got a message 'pin was mailed to you'. And in another line it says 'If you don't receive the pin after 21 days you can request a new pin'! Unfortunately I didn't receive it. I check with the post office and the post man, they said you don't have any mail. After a month or so I request a new pin which cost me 2$! Again I wait another month or so. Again its the same, I didn't receive any mail from microworkers. Then I request another pin about a month ago, and still I haven't receive any mail. So far 3 pin was mailed to my address and I didn't receive any of them. Now my question is I guess, what do I do? After how many request you guys got it? Thanks :)
