lebaran or idul fitri is identic with THR..
the office must give THR to their worker..it is one of the requirement from the office to their worker..
if the worker did not get THR, they can report it to Depnaker..
so what about if your office get bangkrupt??do you still ask about your THR??or what??

The company where i worked before give THR for Moslem before eid fitri day and for the Christian they get THR before Christmas day. It is the workers right to get annual bonus given before religious day, i dont see any reason not giving THR to the employers, when a company broke and collapse then they decide to close their business they still have duty to give pesangon or salary to the employers, so its apply the same with THR, no excuse not giving THR to the workers. Dont just expect your workers to work hard but the company ignore the workers right, it is unfair.

but now many office ignore the workers right..they only use their workers as their ATM..they use the worker body and mind, but they ignore the workers right and wish..
THR is one part from the office for giving motivation for their workers..it is not about money, you know when the office gives THR..but it means that the office concern and gives attention to their workers..

I agree with depnaker, thr is the workers right and there is no excuse not giving their rights. If depnaker didnt order the companies to pay thr i think many company wont pay thr to the labour. Yes thr is bonus, who doesnt like bonus lol. Its not about money some company gives money or parcels contains biscuits, syrup, sugar, tea, etc isnt it nice when we get parcels so we dont have to buy syrup and biscuits fir our guests?

I have not worked and I do not know how the system of THR in every office. I am interesting read, whether it is true if the company does not get THR, workers can report to DEPNAKER?
If I had to work and my office broke and can not pay THR. I certainly would not ask about the T | HR but will ask if the office will be run again?

It is only happen in our country. People get paid for religious activity. Although it is help, I do not think it is fair. But, since it is regulation, the employee must think about it every year.
