Based on koreans, before 6 pm diet is effective. They eat anything in the morning and when 6 pm starts you can`t intake anything even water ! It is very effective though with proper exercise. You have to have a lot of motivation in losing weight. When you have all the control and discipline then you can do all this stuffs. God luck and i hope you can do it

My doctor would not be alright with not drinking water after 6:00pm, as I'm suppose to drink lots of water; specially, when its hot like now. Mylot members check with your doctor before you limit water intake. Many doctors are fine with don't eat after 6:00pm, but ask your doctor to make sure that is alright for you now.

I agree with not eating 6 pm but drinking water? That I don't believe because in order to lose weight, drink as much water as u can especially if you are exercising because you don't want to be dehydrated :) i agree with you though, that it take a lot of motivation to be able to do that. The hardest part actually is when you already lose weight and just to keep it off.

If you drink lots of water every day - I mean a LOT, maybe 1-2 gallons - you will lose some weight. But not everyone can do this. It could make you sick. Read this www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication The water should be drunk throughout the day, NOT all at once. Also, eating 1 or 2 grapefruits every day will help. I read that drinking cold water will up your metabolism because your body will work harder to warm up the liquid. More calories are burned. A brisk walk every day helps. But you have to move right along. I found this hard to do until I learned to breathe properly while walking. Until then I kept huffing and puffing. If you concentrate on proper breathing you can walk faster for a longer time. These 3 things will help you lose some weight, maybe a little faster. And remember - DO NOT drink too much water all at once. Good luck.

I don't know. I lost 11lbs but don't remember how long it took. Maybe 5-6 weeks. I'm not sure. But I have more info for you www.streetarticles.com/weight-loss/organic-coconut-oil-for-weight-loss and www.earthclinic.com/CURES/weight_gain.html There is good information in both of these sites. I hope you reach your goal in time for your wedding. Either way I'm sure you will make a BEAUTIFUL bride! :D Remember - losing too much weight too fast is not good for you. Stay healthy!

First things first, how motivated are you in losing weight and how much time can you spend on it. Second would be there are really no shortcuts or easy wasy in losing weight because I always believe that shortcut are just SHORT TERM. If you really want to lose weight plan first. Never forget to lessen fatty food and balance carbohydrates, carbohydrates should not be totally cut off because it is a good source of energy. and proper exercise to burn those fats. When you want to lose weight in a short period, you have the advantage of motivation. Focusing on a specific goal, as long as it's realistic, will help you jump-start your weight loss efforts and get results.

I think less food is not the best option for weight loss but less calories. You can take more food just to take a look on the calories. There are foods that you can eat as much as you want because they contain very low calories. Yes exercise can really help since you will need to burn the excess calories and speed up your metabolism. Discipline is also another thing to consider.

Take less calorise... I have tried! But do you find one thing that all the food with less calories is not good taste. I have been a vegetarian for some time, but as a chowhound, it is a tantalization!

water therapy is the best way s far that i've seen my wife done. she drinks 750 ml of water as she wakes up. then when she consumes that all she waits for 45 minutes before she eats breakfast. then after eating breakfast she will not drink anything or eat anything for 2 hours. this helps her take away the toxic inside your body. and you will find yourself light too. thats what she told me ... try it so you can prove it yourself. you can also search it on the net about water therapy. japanese women uses this method and most of them are skinny.

There is one shortcut but I'm not sure you want to take it. It's liposuction, you will get your ideal weight in no time but you still have to control what you eat and routine exercise. I don't suggest liposuction anyway it sounds scary for me To Change need process, if you want to take the healthy way back to the old time: control what you eat and drink (not less your food), do daily exercise (simple one like walking to the park every morning or jogging), be active (if you have off day don't spend whole day in bed or in front of TV with a bowl of popcorn, do something else instead of laying or sitting like), last: may be you can try sauna, you can burn some calories there. Goodluck

Over a 6 months period I lost about 30 pounds by just simply elimating some things from my diet and exercising 30 minutes a day. I did not eat any bread at all and cut back on the starch foods. I eat more salads, fruit, cannned chicked and tuna and drank lots of water. Elimated sodas and teas. Most importantly I mediated daily, praying and setting time aside for myself to read some inspriational books or a few pages of my bible, just anything that would give me peace and food was the last thing on my mind. Hope this helps..
