what is the "y e s" full form you know this? most people are use daily yes, but onlyleast one or two people are learn this meaning isn't well "Y E S"= Y YUTH, E- ENTHUSIASAM,S =SYSTAMATIC? THIS TRUE?

This is interesting. Being positive can be hard at times especially with everything going on in the world. Some people are so use of hearing no that when they hear yes they can't believe it.

in my experience some people say yes to avoid argument, some say yes to do some thing but will not do it, then saying yes is putting a situation in a temporary order.

There is no "full form" of the word 'yes'. It is not an acronym. It is a very ancient English word which probably derives from an old form of the verb 'to be' and may have originally meant "it is" or "it is so".
Positivity is a good thing. If making an acronym out of a word helps you to remember something better, then it is useful.
