Top Chef Anyone?

I remember just glancing at the first episode of season one. 16 chefs from all different locations from all different culinary positions, all living under one roof, what a great concept for a show. I was so glad I tuned in, I was hooked from that point on. Top Chef has become a staple in my television watching return. Guest judges, quick fires and elimnation challenges every week something new. Season 2 brought the disappearance of host Katie Joel, really a blessing, Padma Lakshmi was made for the roll of host. All tweaks made, there is no need for future changes. It is wonderful the way it is, season 9 a bit to over the top with all the traveling, but still good. Soon Wednesday nights will be back to normal with, a nice cup of hot tea, comfy slippers and Top Chef!
