Problem of dengue fever can be solved if people follow the advise from the dept.of health. So far so good, there is no dengue in our place as we follow what would be the advice given. We can't solve the problem from a spreading dengue virus since it is part from nature itself. Unless, you keep fogging or create smoke from your backyard or around the house twice a day, keep water container tightly close, use insect repellant in your house, if you have a drainage canal with stagnant water (most people put some oil on it to stop mosquitoes from multiplying since it is their breeding ground anyway..). Always keep the surrounding clean..

Just follow the guidelines by the Department of Health. Cleaning the enviroment is one of the best way to avoid mosquitoes, destroying the possible breeding ground is very effective.

Increased incidents of Dengue Fever has envaded the Philippines because we encounter heavy rains and floods, after those problems came Dengue and Leptospirosis. I guess Dengue can eliminate if we can have clean environment, sanitation and proper disposal of garbage. All the water storage resources should be properly covered. Waste the stored water after each 2 days. There should no stagnant water in or around the plant/flower port. Aerosol and liquid spray has to be applied directly to the adult mosquito for effective killing, e.g. household pesticides.
The most important is Discipline and care to our Mother Nature..

Well I think the Dept of health has issued many tips on avoiding your place from becoming a breeding place of this mosquitoes. Number one would be to avoid leaving uncovered water deposits where the mosquitoes can lay their eggs. Cleaning of canal areas where the water are clogged since if canals are moving they will have hard time to breed since water is constantly flowing. Constant cleanliness in the environment and constant spraying of insecticide if you can see their presence in the area.
Also seeing that everyone in the family is healthy. I guess having healthy lifestyle would greatly improve your chances to combat the virus from staying in your body if you have a strong immune system.
