Dear Friends,
My Google adsense account disabled in last month. Please tell me how to re active it and can it re active ?

You need to submit a ticket. Try your best in explaining that it wasn't your fault, even though it may be your fault, anyways if you can convince them then they would re-instate your account. That rarely happens though so you have to be discret and be as clear as possible. Goodluck
