Is it possible? Upload picture after starting discussion

I am facing very danger problem when I start a new discussion and comment on others discussion and I am upload a picture in my starting discussion then that picture is going on comment but not in starting discussion.
Means I want upload a picture in my own discussion but at the same time if I am responding on others then that picture goes there. why this is happening and is it possible I can upload the picture after starting discussions.

Hi..
It is impossible to upload picture after starting the discussion. It is better to open a single tab when you try to upload a picture to your own discussion and next you can ask administration to remove your unwanted added photo to other's comment. I have faced the same problem but solved.

Ohhh means I can ask administration to remove the unwanted added photo but how? You are right I should open only one tab when starting discussion and uploading picture this will helpful for me. thanks for suggestion.
