Question about JSS Matrix

I have a questions for those of you who have been involved with Just Been Paid for a while and might have an answer to it.
in my case, I bought my premium placements for my level 1 spots in the matrix and those got filled within a month time. I then contacted my placed members and one of them had also bought the placements and upgraded them, but the other one has not nor has he replied to my emails which makes me thing that this guy is probably not an active member or he just doesn't want to take action. What happens if you get an inactive member into your JSS Matrix? Will his level 1 spots be filled? I think that JBP deducts money from your account if you do not buy the placements after one month but what if the member is inactive?
Maybe you've already gone through this and know what will or can happen?

Not to worry even if a person in your matrix is not active the matrix will fill in its time when the system work, the problem is if your ref.. did not upgrade the placement to premium it takes more time to fill a matrix and when this referral is inactive it is further longer and that is why I try to upgrade the placements purchased by my downline whenever possible,that way we help each other and gain too by investing less on a matrix to fill it quicker.so your matrices will full for sure but when it depends on the activity and if you see this person is not active but you have other positions filled you can invest a little so this position is filled quicker.Now for example this person do not act and you buy a position placement and at the same time upgrading it costs you $10 but when you cycle you earn $60 so its a profitable idea.good luck.
