Most leaders only focus their interest on achieving their goal, and set aside the welfare of the members. Thus, members get dissatisfied and perform less than needed. Don't they know that for a group to succeed, they need more than just an ideal and optimistic plan. They need unity.

Whatever happened to good leadership? I think it has become extinct as well or it's meaning has changed as time passed. What I know of leadership then might not be the same today. Leaders of today, might not be all, have become selfish. Instead of setting examples and be of service to others they serve themselves first.
