What Kind of exercise you do/like?

To have a healthy, Fit and good life style, what kind of exercise you do or like to do?
For me, i love running and biking.
But nowadays because of our bad weather i can't do my running exercise. :( I end up playing wii at home, and do some cardio dancing. Somehow, it helps me to get back in shape. :)

Hi nixxx05, this past few weeks i love belly dancing and hip hop dancing which served as my daily exercise, it really help me to lose weight, burn fats and shape up my body. Before i love running, walking and jogging but due to bad weather I have no place to exercise. I am just glad that my husband bought some dancing dvd's that I can use here inside the house. I am planning to enroll in a pole dancing class this coming month to help to tone my muscles in arms and legs.

For me, I like lifting weights. Lifting heavy weights, and heavy stuff. I understand that most people exercise to shape up their bodies, but for me, I want to be bigger, heavier, and stronger. I like having the massive strength, and having big muscles. I like being able to move or carry things that would take at least two people. When I go lift, the animal comes out. Before, I wouldn't think about moving so much heavy weight, but when the animal comes out, I want to pile on the plates, or break a machine. I started lifting weights to control my weight, rebuild my body from a car accident, add some strength for the jobs I was working, and I played football. I just got carried away and became this big monster but I love every bit of it. Most people want, toner, leaner, athletic bodies, but not me. I would rather have a big powerful monster body since somebody has to still do the heavy lifting.... :)

I love running. I love fun runs and marathons. But, I mainly lift weights to stay in shape. Also, I study muay thai.
