I really want to play for Lakers...........is there anyone who can give the detail about how to join in NBA???

There are two ways to enter the NBA: the NBA Draft and Free Agency.
For the draft, you need to pass your 19th birthday and get a high school diploma IN THE UNITED STATES. Then, you need to attend a university with good NBA picks. After at least one year of university, you'll have to send a letter to the NBA offices to request a draft. That's just an overlook of the draft.
Free agency is a simpler process. You just contact the NBA directly and declare that you want a tryout, which is like a job interview. If your team is satisfied, they will sign you in.

If you belong to a national team (such as NBL/National Basketball League here) and show great potential, I think it is also possible that you can get drafted by NBA.
