I also experience the same thing jazel. My right shoulder is very painful and my left shoulder too, and my lower left and right back. In short my entire body is aching. Hu hu. This is the result of, office works, myLot, dance practice, fun run, and entertaining visitors. And unlike you I can not enjoy those holidays.

Well excuse me but in your own thread, there is a detail that is not for me, entirely clear. You said you're doing a lot of work in this last period, and up to here, all right. But I do not understand the connection of the keypad of the phone. In short: you are working via telephone? Just let me clarify this because I do not know what kind of job you practice being able to do with the keypad. Best regards from your Italian friend Alessandro.

My MIL arm is also paining but her left arm is paining and I think left hand or arm paining is not good. May be heart problem but she not ready to go to the hospital.

That's a tough one but everything will be fine. Just find time to rest and you really deserve that. I have a day job too that entails lots of paper works and for extended hours of work. Pain usually hinders me to my works outside my day job but no one can stop me in doing what I really enjoy, videogames, wife and weekends getaway. Just take it easy, okay? thanks

i also have pain in my right wrist. when i consulted doctor immediately he questioned 'do you work with computer for a longer time?' my answer was yes. this is fact if you hold mouse for a longer time there are chances to get pain. so take care.

Try to put some liniment and relax for a while, there was a time I'm also the same sometimes I don't feel anything in my hands up to my arms. If still in pain just try to take some pain relievers.

Oh, that's bad. I hope you'll finish your work as soon as possible. You have to stretch you right arm every now and then. Happy myLotting!

I do think that it is muscle strain. It's due to overworking of muscles. I also get that a lot from work. I do typing jobs and doing reports. You should rest your arm after work. You also should lessen strenuous activities. I also hope you finish your report so that you can rest your arm. I do hope everything will be alright :)

must be as well when we type we find it hard to rest our arms as though its our fingers working...it just seems that way but our whole arms do the work too thats why it is that tiring!

Usually jazel , i am like you, raring to finish what i am doing , so i can finally take a rest after that. I won't rest until i am finished with all that i have to do. But often times, i would buy my comfort foods so i could be reinvigorated and just continue working after that. And once we are finished . . .oh wow!

If your arm is hurting just from typing / inputing numbers then something can't be right. You should never be getting any kind of pain just from typing. Are you sure its not the wrist? If it was the wrist it would possibly point to carpal tunnel syndrome and you don't want to leave that unchecked for too long. It can also effect the elbows. There is some stretching exercises that can help with it but really you should maybe see a professional about longer term relief before you end up needing surgery to release the tension and stress. Not speaking from personal experience, speaking from a friends experience lol. Stress could also be causing you to 'feel pain' even if its not an actual physical pain. Also sitting right at a computer can really help relieve alot of stress on the back, arms, neck and so on. Goodluck and hopefully its nothing too serious.

while i work in office for long time,i get involved for most part of the time and i will never ever try to feel the pain or numbness in my hand or armfinger, after some time i will start giving up and the pain will be very huge.so i always go into the week to take rest and enjoy
