If you are busted and discussed and need to earn some cash by Christmas here are my ideas. 1. Have a yard sale - Even if you think you do not have enough inventory for a sale, I have a couple of ideas to get things to sale for free. Most cities have a local cheap sheet or barter type of newspaper, where you can find things for free, even Craiglist has freebies for every town. Go around and scout out things that are being given away for free and pick them up, you may have to do this for two weeks or so to get a decent inventory. Then advertise your sale in the newspaper, make up signs and see what happens. Experts say everyone has at least $500 worth of treasure laying around in the garage. 2. Then you could give blood. This was a very popular way to make money when I was in college. You can give blood once a week for four weeks and make $200 bucks. 3. With the Holidays just around the corner and office parties in the works, maybe doing a parents night out babysitting gig for a month for parents who want to bring in the Season's Greetings without the kids. One Kid every weekend for $50 is $200 at the end of the month. 4. And lastly, So far with the yard sale, giving blood, and temporary babysitting we could make $900. So for $100 more why not try Booksweep. This is a nefty little site that allows you to become a Book scout for them all they want you to do is go around to thift stores and look for books that they buy, if you pick a book they want, they will pay you for it. According to Booksweep, they average scout is finding 50 to 60 books a day which can bring in well over $100. Happy hustling!

Donate blood is meaningful job, we should not using the money the calculate or rewards money to encourge people to do it. We must honestly donate blood.

In a perfect world, you are right. but in the USA, not enough people will do it, so they offer money to the healthty to keep a fresh supply in case of emergencies. It's like when a friend ask for a ride and you say, "sure". Then when you get to the destination, the friend pulls out a bill to try and pay you, and you respond, "no way dude" Im not going to charge you, and they say, " but I want you to have it" Do you argue the point and make your friend feel bad because he needed a ride and wanted to give you a little something or do you just take it with a smile?

It does not cost to give blood. Plasma companies pay peope who volunteer for drawing their blood at blood banks.
