Actually, it was all my fault, because I encouraged my friends to go to this Korean all - you - can - eat buffet. With those marinated raw meat, and grill yourself style. Probably I ate something that is not entirely well - done, and swallow it. I remember that I ate a lot, and add some spice on it, like kimchi. After a full stomach, at home, I already felt a bit uneasy. At night, we have to got up twice to the bathroom. This morning at work, I also have to go on bathroom twice. Honestly, I like Korean cuisine, but I guess that I ate too much for a while, that is what cause it.

King, i think is the marinated raw meat and the Kimchi sauce that make your stomach discomfort. I ever ate once in the Korean restaurant and i ended-up having stomach discomfort for nearly 2 days. Only after i had taken some medicine, then my stomach slowly recovered. Maybe their cuisine is not suitable to our stomach. I seldom eat spicy food, but because of curiosity i tried that Kimchi sauce. Tastes very delicious only it is really too spicy for me.

Your right maybe that time you are not well to eat too much spicy that's why your stomach did not resist it. This past few days I felt a little discomfort also in my stomach when I started to eat siomai last week and I dip it with hot chili sauce.

It's maybe because you ate too much or also because of the spice. If you eat too much spicy food you will get an upset stomach. You have to be careful in eating foreign foods. Koreans also get an upset stomach if their food is too much spicy. They also watch for the spice they're putting in their foods. It should only be the right amount.
