A Great Way to Monitor your Calorie Intake

For those who are trying to lose weight - like me - I have found a site wherein you can monitor your calorie intake as well as see the nutrients a certain food can offer for your body. The website is called Calorie Counter (caloriecounter.about.com). When you join this site, you will be asked on what is your target weight and amount of time you are giving yourself to reach this target. After that, you are now free to log the foods you have eaten through out the day (they have thousands of foods in theru database) as well as the exercises and activities that burn calories. You will be graded based on your net calorie intake (calorie intake - calories burned). At the end of the day, you will be given an option to tell your accomplishments, or share how your day went just like a blog. This website can be helpful to maintain your discipline as well as help you make healthier food choices.
