Sure fire ways to lose weight

Can anyone add more ways other than my five ways to lose weight. According to me are firstly to remove the skin of the chicken when eating it. Secondly, use a buddy system when doing weight loss program. Thirdly, when eating in the dining table always eat slowly to enjoy the food and prolong the eating period. Fourthly,when doing aerobics we must mix your exercise types for maximum benefit. Finally,always put a lid on fatty bottled salad dressing. Over to you readers!

Always drink a glass of water before eating any food, as you will eat less food. Use small bowls and plates you will fill fuller when you see an empty plate, but won't eat as many calories. I lost 50 pounds using my tips and believe the biggest problem in the United States are the big portions and the large plates.

I do not follow any selective dieting but yes I always look for foods that are less fatty and when eaten stays for long.One instance is pop corn without butter.Then regular exercise to counter fat accumulation in the body parts.
