Till my knowledge goes Werewolf is a frictional character. In real life there is nothing like that. There are no evidence of anything like that seen any where in the world.

Hi! I've basically heard about werewolves only from films and legends. It's a very sad legend in that it demonizes the wolf, and wolves are very loving towards one another, and have families just like us. Here is the name they give people who have this, Hypertrichosis (also called Adams syndrome) it's just an abnormal growth of body hair. But it makes people look like wolves. But I do not believe that they exist.

Patients suffering from Adams syndrome are for real. Once I saw it on TV that there's a family in which the men develop thick facial hair. Even the women have shown similar traits, but not so intense. The eyes remain visible only. That family has been called the wolf family. I forget the exact details, but they exist. Good day!

There are two ways of seeing it. The werewolfs, as horror movies picture them, are not real at all. That is, unless you also believe in Santa Claus, fairies and vampires.
But there are people that have more hair in their bodies due to either genetic or health reasons. People are usually afraid od people that are different from them so they went against them. Probably that is the way the werewolf legend started.
I want to add that right now, in the 21 century, we are still afrais of people that are different from us. The more ignorant we are, the more we fear. That`s why so many people hate or are afraid of other races, genders, cultures or religions.

The way it is picturized in the movie, I don't think its real. But there are certain medical conditions, which may change a person's behaviour into that of an animals. Also, there's a family where the men grow thick full facial hair. Only the eyes are visible. They have been termed as wolf family too. So that's one kind of werewolf there.
