I'm waiting in vain for how many minutes staying inside the billing office at one of the hospital in the city. Do you know the feeling of waiting in a corner with no one try to talk to you. It was August 13, when I went there and pay for the bill for staying the hospital 1 month and 1 day. The hospital seems to be our second home from the time since one of the member of the family admitted. I'm sitting on the couch and back and forth to the one who processed the bill and she told me to wait for a while. So i sat back and wait patiently. I can feel that time that I already had full bladder so I excused myself and go to the bathroom and hoping that when I'm comeback I can get the receipt of the bill. I was surprised shall I say I think it's not the right word to describe it but whatever you might called it, but here I am asking " Maam, is the print out bill ready?" and she replied.... Yeah, in a minute. So, I waited. And she called me and told me " Here's the bill" Thank you I said and I asked her " Why is that this bill reached to 10 pages? I open it and glance it. Oh I see the reason why they keep me waiting for couple of minutes was that they gave me the breakdown of the amount we paid for the bill. The list of all charges and fees were there. And I thank even if they keep me waiting in vain paying expensive bills without discount. Stressed for the reason that I need to find more money to recover the finances, payments and debts that needs to be paid. Oh, life full of challenges and surprises. God bless us all!
