I have boughten a variety of pillows in the past some cheap and some expensive even feathr ones.
None helped my neck, I bought one from Walmart for $4.00 but now its flat after a few months. I may just go back and buy the same one, instead of wasting my money trying this one or that one.
I woke up this morning an my neck was just aching even after a hot bath, its very tense an sore.

Changing a new pillow maybe good for your sleep and it's nice to hear that you wanna change new pillows with different prices. But remember health and comfortable counts.Just enjoy your new comfortable pillow and that also had big influence on my sleep.

In our country, we have this kind of pillow made from a fruit of a certain tree. The tree has a fruit that is like a cotton. We used that fruit to make a pillow and even for years, the pillow will not go flat. I am using this kind of pillow instead of those being bought in the stores made of synthetic or any other materials.

How do you sleep? If you are a side sleeper, its really hard to find a good pillow, most soon become flat or uncomfortable.
However, I found this pillow to be a good one for me as a side sleeper.

It is sometimes a bit hard on my ear since I have such a short neck, but most of the time I couldn't ask for anything better.

I need new pillows as well. I have to ue two pillows as I like my head to be up high. I know it hurts my neck sometimes when I do this, but that's just the way I prefer it. What I really love though I don't think it came back with me, is this blue pillow my aunt got me one year for either christmas or my bday from Kohl's. It was so comfy and just the right cushion.

The best pillow I ever had in my life was ordered from Publisher's Clearing House when they send you the contest they always send you things that you can buy. I bought a pillow that's shaped just like a candycane. The long part supports your back and the short part supports your neck. It even has a hole in it for your ear. It's the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. It's mainly for side sleepers.

I bought cheap $5 pillows and after a few months they just got flat and lumpy in other spots. I will never buy those again. I bought the most expensive pillows they had there which were like $14 but they wound up being so puffy that it makes my neck sore to sleep on them. I bought my daughter a different one there that was around $14 as well and is the memory foam pillow. She seems to like it. I have a feather pillow that I bought from there many years back and I love it.

ricki I used to have neck pains all the time due to the awful pillows I had so finally got a foam rubber one, not cheap but it
did the trick as it formed itself to the contour of my neck. I
had never had such a great pillow before or after, I brought it here to Gold Crest and of all things one of the care givers took it away and I never found it again. yes it had my name on it but I never found out who she gave it to. so now need to replace it but am hesitant as I do not want anyone to t ke it an d say it belongs to Gold crest. I am allergic to feathers. I do have a fairly good one now of polyester fibers that is fluffy and fits my neck but honestly the foam rubber was the best really . try it and see if it
does not help yo u,

You need a special pillow to address your problem. You will probably have to go to a store that sells specialy pillows, which of course will be expenive, but you may also want to change the way you sleep or use a neck roll.

First of all, I have to tell you that the kind of pillow that I am going to suggest is not a pillow that is cheap at all, but the absolute best pillow that I've ever had is a memory foam pillow. My husband and I both got them a few years ago when they were on sale buy one get one free at one of the stores that isn't too far away from our house.
Since I've had that pillow, I definitely sleep better than I used to sleep before I had that pillow.

Now it's very common among the young. I believe it's because in our working hours, we just keep sitting for a long time and lack exercise, thus we have a pain in our neck and shoulders. To buy a proper pillow is very impaortant and my suggestion is you can turn to some doctor for advice. If possible, you can have massage in some hospital expert in this. I hope it can help you and take you out quickly. wish you recovery soon.

I'm not used to using pillows under my head. They give me stiff neck. I use the flattest pillow i have to lie on and the thicker ones to hug and to support my back when i'm sleeping on my side.
