Good day Fellow Mylotters,
For the past few days, I was sleeping very late at night. Due to the online services that I am doing, so I need to extend and render an extra hours. Well, it is fine with me since I really love to serve my Clients. So, I just take some necessary precaution for me to revitalize my energy. One of these measure that I am taking is, I am taking a nap for 1 to 2 hours to refresh and be ready for another days work. Hence in this way, I am able to regain somehow the lost hour of sleep that I must have done.

Yeah! I do that too. Power naps are good! When I was in my previous company, I really do take some minutes of my lunch break to take a nap. It gives me fresh energy for the second half of the day, especially when I had a lot of things coming in at work back then. It really helps a lot!

Hi There AgentGulaman,
Taking a nap is the least thing that I can do when I was still an employee. As my colleagues loves to disturb me even during breaktime. And they can't even give me a decent lunch during those years. And that is the difference if you are working as an employee and handling your own business.

Well just like any machine, when its operating to much it may break or overheat. In our case we may not overheat but we may suffer health problems if the body is not able to get a good rest. That is the importance of sleep and relaxation. If such is not applicable then napping would be very beneficial.

Well taking a nap could help somehow. It can give extra energy and take away the sleepiness even for a while.I used to take nap here at the office during lunch break to take a rest for a while and won't feel sleepy later during work.

Taking nap is my thing. It is like a luxury for me. I have so many things to do right but I have little time, that's why I tend to exhaust my energy. nap is indeed energy giving specially that I'm working on a grave yard shift. A 15 to 30 minute nap is enough for me to last for hours. Good to know, you see things this way. Thanks
