In the beginning when I was playing games on King I was very active there and I played games for many hours. Sometimes I played most of the night if I had discovered a new and interesting game. Today I don't have that problem anymore. I never did anything specific to stop myself from playing online games, the games simply lost their attraction after a while and I started spending my time on other things. I still play a game every once in a while, but not every day or every week.

Addiction is easy when you're in the internet - there are just so many varied things that you could enjoy in. It's not only games, it's also chatting and talking to people and social networking that gives us a lot to be addicted about.
However, I think I am fortunate enough to have gone through and cut-off the addiction. It's tough to be married to someone who barely talks to you because he/she is glued to the internet - it's not just frustrating it's even dangerous for a married couple to be in.
I think one way of doing so is by slowly taking some time off online. Realizing that one is an addict is the first thing to healing. Then slowly try to take a few minutes or hours off and do something else. Perhaps going out with the spouse is one thing - if you're out with the spouse, you couldn't be able to play games.
Anyhow, it's tough to take out an addiction but it isn't impossible.
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

Well I was like you before, I really love to play online games especially mmorpgs back then when I was still studying I always play after school. I tried to stop it, but can't really help it. I still play mmorpg's sometimes, but I do try to lessen it because I need something to do important right now. I would suggest try to make yourself busy, do something that you love like making illustration and etc.

Places like this site helped me to stop wasting time playing games and more time trying to earn an income online. Makes a much more sense to me..
I also have recently started to actually shut down my computer for awhile everyday. Before I would leave it on 24/7. Much better this way..
I also want to get back into my drawing and maybe some crocheting.. get away from fb and online stuff.. get back to being creative.
