Oh, I am real chocoholic. I have to have the good stuff though. Not the Hershey's or Ghradellis. Truffles and such for me. They are saying dark chocolate is actually good for us. In moderation ofcourse. Ya, I like barbecued most anything too.

Well... I mostly crave salt, so anything like chips, popcorn, nuts, cheese, anything salty lol. Now and then I get specific food cravings, like recently I was on a pizza kick (and it didn't matter WHAT was on the pizza as long as it was pizza) and occasionally I'll totally want a taco salad or a certain type of trail mix - and my favorite salty snack is this white cheddar popcorn that I can only find at Walgreens or Rite Aid, and I try to buy it on sale because when it's not, it's really expensive lol. The problem is they don't really keep a very large supply and I recently went in with a rain check and bought 4 bags, which is all the supply they had from the truck they'd gotten in that afternoon lol.

I'm a competitive distance runner and I really need the salt lol. I think for the AVERAGE person who is sedentary and doesn't eat healthy anyway, excess salt can be a problem, but it isn't for me. Bloating or swelling can be dealt with by drinking more water and working out more, as well as trying not to do too much in the heat
I wish they just stocked more than 4 bags at a time lol

Alot of salt in your diet can give you headaches and make you swell up. Not good. Sales are great for the things we love aren't they? You'd think these places would stock on stuff. But maybe they would rather sell a fresh product so that is good.

No, I do not really crave any one food item. I even went into Wal Mart while waiting for someone today, and planned to get something to snack on, but nothing grabbed me. I just eat too much of anything that is available.

my son steven is addicted to chips, he will eat them instead of a meal many times. For me it is shortbread cookies, but I never eat them anymore because I just can't stop.

I buy shortbreads with chocolate on them. And I don't care if I don't stop. Am past the point of caring.

Milk has nutrients in it so I would label it a food. It's a good one too. But, like everything, in moderation is best. I try to cut down atleast. And the less negative stuff you take into your body the better off you and your baby will be. Green tea is very good for you and you can add juice, lemon, honey etc. to it.

Oh yeah! I definitely could relate to you!
I have recently discovered this new flavor to my all-time favorite. My brother told me about it one time and then I decided to buy just for kicks. When I tasted it, I fell in love instantly. Now I have bought several and have been eating them a few days now and I'm still craving for more!
I know junkfood isn't really good, but why do they make it so good?! hahah..
I don't know if this is available internationally though, but it's Chippy by Jack n Jill here in my country. Attached is a photo.
Have a great mylot experience ahead!

Oh me too!! I love potatoes. I am Irish and an Idahoan so go figure. lol I like GOOD bread like the eight grain wheat I get at the co-op. And the freshly baked I used to get at grandma's. Cut real thick, still warm, with real butter and maybe alittle honey on it. And sour dough or rye. Yum! Oh dear. I'm hungry now.

I also like the Lays BBQ chips. I use to be addicted to Pringles plain chips. Now I am addicted to sweet tea. If I don't have it I get a cotton mouth and feel bad. That is as far as it goes or at least that is all I can think of.

Dude, I have that same addiction. K.C. Masterpiece Lays Potato Chips. MMMMMMM. Heaven in a bag. =D
I'm also pretty addicted to Code Red Mountain Dew, but since I got pregnant, people have told me that 1. caffiene is bad for the baby in such big amounts (true enough), and 2. Red dye #40 (which is in Code Red) is bad for the baby too (I don't know if this one is true, but I'm not taking any chances). So, I've kicked the addiction until after September 4th (or whenever the baby shows up).

I have tried barbecued potato chips. They are not my favorite chips! One thing I can't live without is chocolate! I should stop eating it becasue of my acid reflux! I have tired but I get cravings! I have cut back but I still eat it! My favorite chocolate thing is Reeses Peanut Butter cup candy bars! Yummy!

I have a love affair with diabetic suitable chocolate spread (Nutella like stuff), I am running out but will soon order more.
