How Can I Legally Create A Music Video Countdown Show

I'm interested in creating a webshow for kids, and one of the ideas I had was creating a Top 20 Countdown type show featuring music videos kids would like. I've googled all over the place and found diddly squat. I understand the legality of hosting a radio music show, but I'm clueless about music videos. Any help would be appreciated.

I think better to create a youtube channel to upload all the video. And regards to videos, there's a free clips of countdown number and also you can download video with consent to owners and I think it's fine to them as soon as you use the video correctly.
If you are advance in Website developer or if you know somebody to do this, you can create a youtube like website and it's legal becaue you can buy a script for that. Any help, you can contact me thru message, have a great day!

Free clips is like when you created top 20videos, you can download free movie clips of countdown like 10 to no. 1, or even the movieintro. There's a lot of free movie clips todownload. HAve a great day!
