many diet pills are very effective, clinically proven and manufactured by respected pharmaceuticals. But there's something to keep in mind: No matter how good a diet pill is, they were designed to be taken with the guidance of a doctor, trained to weigh the possible side effect against your medical history. When you take it on your own, or just based on an account by a friend, you immediately put yourself at risk. Side effects can vary, depending on your medical history and interactions with other medicines your taking. If you plan to take a diet pill always proceed with caution and get medical and nutritional counsel.

I took diet pills a few years ago and it was really not good. At first you will feel good because you will rapidly lose weight and you get kind of addicted to it but after a few months of taking it, your body will get immune to it and it will not be effective anymore and I noticed that my skin was really affected. It became dull and dry. I realized that I just have to love the body that i have. I am not really overweight I just have a few extras here and there but it's totally fine. You just have to accept and love your body the way it is.

No more diet pills!
I always get my weight keep getting increase by day after stopping the diet pills.
I didn't buy it from doctor , I buy it online because there were many testimonial about the diet pills I bought. They said the diet pills works so well.
Yes I admit the diet pill helped me to lose 10kg of my weight, but after stopping it I gained 20 kg of my weight . I would never ever consumed diet pills anymore.

Never took any diet pills and I wouldn't dare take pills without my doctor's consent. I just don't trust things I need to take in without consulting an expert first.

You are quite right, there are many diet pills in markets and TV at present, many people buy them blindly, with a mement of impulse, then involve themselves into danger.so we must consult doctor before buy any diet pills.
otherwise, there are many people who pretend to be a professional doctor to advice people to buy diet pills on TV in recent years, how hateful!we must enhance alert, not to be deceived!

Not only the diet pills itself but the "dieting" needs to be discussed with your doctor first. He will be able to give you your condition, how much your body can and cannot take, what foods are ok, not ok, and on whether your general health will not be put to risk before even starting any diet regimen.

losing weight can be so hard for a lot of woman especially if she had a genetic that will easily for her to gain weight and so hard for losing it.of course the best way to losing weight is by naturally, exercise regularly,we planning what we will eat,etc but if it still hard to lose weight we can try to add diet pills.there is of course benefits and side effect so really recommended to use by medical supervisor.usually diet pills work by decrease your appetite, decrease your lipid absorbtion, etc and usually side effect is stomach upset, headache, etc.so if you are planning to lose some weight try the natural way first it is still the best way for you

When it comes to losing weight, I believe in losing it naturally. I think diet pills is just another form of bulimia, food just goes out quickly at the other end. But that is only because I haven't had the time to read about it.
