Hey there guys
Lately i have been waking up severely early like 2 or 3 in the morning and find myself wanting to go lotting or maybe a little PTC here and there well the problem is that i feel like i don't want to and i just wanna stare at the wall since my brain
is still asleep and when i do try to go to sleep it will take till morning till i do so then i wake up pretty dang late and have done nothing at all, so any suggestions on the matter.

Oh my gosh! Sorry for the wrong response. I was so frustrated with mylot today, there has been errors that I mistakenly copy-pasted my response to your topic instead to mine.
I was trying to say that I have never tried sleeping in front of the computer because I just can't sleep comfortably. And my body will always have remaining energy to turn everything off and go to bed. hehe..
Sorry once again.
Have a great MylOt experience ahead!

No worries there laydee, i guess i am just to tired at times but i still do wake up early though but anyways i guess this is due to my drive of wanting to do more work in the day so that i can sleep early and wake up early regardless of the are in the house i am at.

Well, just try to relax and disconnect your mind with internet matters.
Try some exercise before going to sleep to make your physically tired.
That will ensure you a good night sleep (hope so)

Seems to me you may be going to bed too early? Broken sleep is the worst and will make you feel terrible the next day.
Try changing some habits. How is your diet? Are you getting excersize? Also being on the computer or watching television right before bed makes you brain active and makes it hard for some to get a restful sleep.

I do tend to be on the computer all day or watching movies before i go to sleep on my off days and it actually helps when i go to sleep since it kinda dozes me off but i think it is the sleeping in the midday that causes my troubles in sleep patterns but me waking up early is voluntary i do it so that i can do a lot of things very early and accomplish a lot in the day.
