How do you find tv shows that you love to follow regularly but are full of commercials? What's annoying is when the show has captured a high rating specifically the "telenovela types" the commercials are eating more time than the actual "show scenes." It appears now that we're watching commercials in between the tv show itself. Please share you view about this.

Having a lot of sponsors or commercials in a certain timeslot is an indication that this particular show or program is doing well in ratings.
I know it's pretty annoying to be cut in the middle of a really good scene, but that's the way to keep that program, you so love, running on the air.
Those programs with lesser commercials, get lost faster.

Exactly! That's the only way for these shows to run longer on air and continue to give its audience the entertainment.
Thanks for the BR.

There are times when commercials are still longer than the actual tv show which is really annoying. We have nothing to do since this are money talks for the network.

It's more like watching our show in between commercials. This is why I kind of prefer watching my TV shows online. A LOT of sites show TV shows that are currently playing (Glee, Big Bang Theory, etc) just a few days after they air on TV. The one I use (gorillavid) has no commercials whatsoever. I love it!

Hi,
The only time I watch TV is on the evening news. When the telenovelas come, it is time to shut it down. However, there are times when I do have to see a TV show and one way to circumvent the annoying commercial breaks is to switch to another station or just mute the sound and look somewhere else. That is one advantage if your TV set has a remote control that you can manipulate the stations from the comfort of your bed or couch.
Most of the time, I'll just wait for the shows to go out in DVDs and watch them on the player commercial-free.
