Better be silent

"Sometimes it's better to keep silent than to tell others what you feel. Because it hurts badly when you come to know that they can hear you, but can not understand". That is what I'm feeling today. I wanted to tell my family the burden I'm carrying right now. But it keeps me knowing that they wouldn't be able to understand because I think they would only think that I can find a solution for that. The worst thing is, I shouldn't be the one carrying the burden at all because everybody in the family can also benefit from it.

Well I also experienced this kind of thing, especially when me and my boyfriend argues. I always wanted to be silent because I know that when I talk, it will be a new argument. But sometimes, being silent means more pain, because you can't let out your thought and your feelings. It would silently kill you.

lot of time, we want to share our problem with our family and friends, but we can't, may be we think that they wont understand it or just because we don't want them to worry about it. so we remain silent.
but its easy for us to share it with unknown people. people who don;t know us personally. they can help us find solutions to our problem. even if it doesn't make a difference to the people we tell, they sometimes turn quite helpful.
i asked for advice from unknown people in discussion forum, etc. its quite helpful.
