Is the Press Covering for Obama?

Is the media covering up for Obama in the eligibility issue? With political ads talking about it, Congressmen publically speaking about it and promising to sit down with Sheriff Arpaio, is the mainstream media deliberately avoiding the issue, and have they specifically been told NOT to mention it on pain of punishment from the FCC? Even Pravda asks why our press does not cover the story. On March 7th, 2012, Pravda called out the U.S. press for its deliberate neglect of the largest scandal in modern American history. Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio released credible forensic evidence that Barack Obama, presumed President of the United States, presented to the world a forged Birth Certificate on April 27th, 2011. http://www.westernjournalism.com/barack-obama-foreign-student-american-media-threatened-into-silence/ Lead Investigator Zullo (of Sheriff Arpaio's posse) revealed in this conversation that several individuals have come forth to provide testimony; the identity of these witnesses is being withheld for their protection. They identify producers, reporters, T.V. and radio personalities who have been told specifically by intimidating individuals who state clearly, they are not going to report on this story. These witnesses have been told: “If you breathe a word about it on air, we will make certain you never work in this business again,” said Investigator Zullo. Apparently those making the threats have the power to carry through on them. So, regardless of your stand on the birth certificate, or Obama's eligibility, do the American people have the right to know about the multiple court cases on eligibility and attempts to keep him off state ballots, multiple questions surrounding the social security number fraud, about the date stamp on his draft card being forged, his college transcripts showing he applied for aid as a foreign student, the AP publishing a headline Kenyan born, along with Obama's own publishing company likewise saying Kenyan born, all these being the tip of the proverbial iceberg of information, suspecions, and facts on Obama's roots? “Ronald Reagan was fond of saying, ‘Trust, but verify,’ “President Obama told us he released his official long-form birth certificate on April 27, 2011. Can we trust him, and should we verify? Most of the reporters’ questions at the end of Sheriff Arpaio's recent press conference on his findings were statements in defense of Obama, and the subsequent coverage by major news outlets asserted that rumors about the president’s birth certificate were ‘debunked’ and ‘discredited,’ but gave no details of the debunking or discrediting,

Since we know indisputably that Obama was willing to trade on his image as as foreign national - as supported by his allowing the literary agent to put Kenya as his birthplace and never correcting or disputing it- is it not logical to believe that he may have also sought some similar benefit from that scenario when it came to paying for his college tuition? It is not unreasonable to wonder if Obama applied as a foreign student in order to get financial aid. He was a lackluster student by all accounts, and would have needed every assistance to attend prestigious and expensive institutions. Of course, a release of his records might clear this up, or it might confirm it. Since he will never release those records, we can only speculate. While Dan Rather still spouts his now-disproved story about Bush and his military service, with scarcely a word in opposition, the nation is completely unaware of the questions about Obama and the actual paperwork that spawns them. It isn't even whether any of these questions being asked would lead to scandalous revelations, it's the fact that no one even asks them. If any other president had a published biography that he himself had authorized that contained a different birthplace than the one he officially admits to, would the press not be obligated to ask questions? It's a fruitless endeavor, asking the press to live up to their obligations. They cannot do so. While Soledad O'Brien of CNN reads off a copy of the liberal blog Talking Points Memo while on air, the media still claim to be unbiased. We have lost the freedom of the press simply because the press has abandoned their primary duty to seek truth.

Very well put as usual Rollo, thank you for your response. And now the DHS, NOAA, Social Security Adm. and the National Weather Service are all buying millions of rounds of hollow point ammo. AND that isn't being spoken of either. I'm not very optimistic about the future.

I spoke about it. Only one person noticed. I feel as if the entire population of the country is walking through the poppy field that the witch has cast a spell over. We've forgotten our mission, we want to sleep. Attention spans are shortened and our thinking is foggy. We need an icy snowball in the face to wake us up.

My discussion group on FB is certainly jumping, it takes me a few hours on there to respond each day. There is a few who give me a run for my money as moderator, but otherwise lots of intellegent conversation. Didn't you say you'd look for me there? I'd really like you to join us; the name of the group is 'Polite People Do Not Discuss Religion and Politics. We need more than an icy snowball.

The biggest problem is the deliberately dumbed-down public, reared by the NEA. Average people who know little about history & civics, & are convinced by the leftists PTB that this dn't harm us, are now voting. Toss into this rotten salad the DISunformation reolacing truth in public schools promtion socialism, & you get our current situation. No surprise there. We need to clean house. This is our last chance. MP

Re your last--ditto! All you've said is true. There =may be= only one way to clean house, considering how ubiquitous the rot is. & it's been a loooong time coming. Can't say HERE, but suffice it to say I'm ready, & the PTBs have no clue where it is, or even that it exists. Just sayin'... MP

On FB yesterday, we discussed disaster preparedness. Lots of earthquakes, talk of end times. I said there, and will say here; my plan is to tell the truth and trust God. I'm to broke to do anything else. I feel it is a good plan.

Hello Maggiepie! so good to see you here. And I agree with you entirely! Especially about the state of our schools, didn't Joe McCarthey warn us that we were being infiltrated? Venona papers bore him out as telling the truth. All of our social institutions, political parties have been hijacked. Clean house? How? The election process is corrupted, and now the government is stockpiling millions of rounds of hollow point bullets via of all things, the Social Security Adm., NOAA, the National Weather Service and DHS! I'm not being pessimistic, but reality is, we're in a world of hurt. But I'm smiling, cause God is in ultimate control. Are we ready for it? I am. And I'm so glad you're back!

Of course they do not want to question the phoney birth certificate. They wanted a black president and that is what they got. They did not care where he was born and of course, America has been prepared for this for years. Think of all the TV shows, where the AFrican-American is the righteous one, the one to whom one looks up to, and after a while, you forget that they have the same faults as anyone else, so naturally people think that when a black president says "hope and change"that is what they think, only they forget he meant hopeless and change for the worse.." They forgot to check on his record and so anyone who questioned Obama and where he came from was put to silence. I wish I could say that come November, that he will be out, but with those he katowed to, plus the Black Panthers preventing and probably killing people to prevent them from voting for Romney it will be a miracle if he is kicked out. Oh I am a Canadian and people here used to admire him, I did not, he has an eloquent voice, but so did Adolph Hitler

People looked the other way when Clinton disgraced the white house, they did the same for Kennedy and boast him a hero. Is it any wonder they would scarcely care that a man who is often proven to illegally be president. Is it any wonder he gives leave to illegal immigrants to walk in a take over our social services he too abused the system. He is either an American who lied for funding and other greedy ventures or a foreign born lying to become President. Either way he's lied and should be held responsible for those lies.

Polls show about 60% of the American public DOES care about this subject. Not that they actually believe he's ineligable, but that they want to know more about it. And MSM viewership is falling...if they wanted to boost ratings, they'd carry this story!

One can find a poll to support one's point at anytime. They are inaccurate and easily bought. I would think if it wasn't a rating thing then the predominantly republican stations and outlets would be all over this. I mean free campaigning right.

While I do beleive that many media outlets have been bought bullied or otherwise coaxed into not showing negativity towards Obama I do beleive there is more to it then that. News casts are based on ratings. If it will bring in the viewers it will air. SO many people either do not care or are down right sick of this issue that they just simply change the channel. By doing so it stops new news coming out about the situation becasue it is known it will not bring in the ratings. It is sad but the way Hollywood works. Obama spends enough time with the Hollywood club to know this.

My advice is to spread the truth as far and as wide as you can. And I too, have moments of abject fear. I put it in God's hands, and go on about my business. I don't know if you are a person of faith. I reccommend you look into it if your not.

The short answer to this is yes. I don't completely understand why so much of the American public is so willingly blind to it. Granted a lot of Canadians view him as some kind of hero too so maybe we aren't a bit brighter. My opinion of his is that he's long on image and very short on substance. I checked out the evidence of his long for birth certificate by the way and it is so clearly a fake. I honestly thought the government was capable of making a more believable fake than that. I can do some of the type of doctoring done on that form.

What that tells me is that 'they' are so sure no one will call them on it, that they could be sloppy. That in itself makes the silence very scary. I'm reading High Crimes and Misdomeanors by Coulter on Bill Clinton's scandals in the White House. There is a definate need to clean up our courts, legal system as well as Washington D.C. I've never seen so much law breaking going on and NO ONE demanding an accounting. I read a piece in Canada Free Press about a year ago, maybe a year and half, about a journalist who fled to Canada after being threatened over this issue. He supposedly had documented proof. Can't find the article now. Wish I could.

I think they're being sloppy because they think they can silence or marginalize anyone who tries. It is scary and not just for Americans. We can hope this blows up in their collective faces sooner rather than later.

Debra, The MSM has always covered for Obama. I won't ever watch or give credence to Katie Couric again because of her blatant bias when interviewing Obama as versus Sarah Palin. In the Obama interview you could almost see the drool running down her chin and in the Palin interview she went on the attack from word one. That is not unbiased reporting and it tickled me when the network canned her die to lack of ratings.

It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself. - Thomas Jefferson We have only citizens who are aware of the truth, the "New Media" as Michelle Malkin said so eloquently a while back. The MSM is an arm of the tyrant.
