We are used with a calendar that starts with Sunday as the first day and Saturday as the seventh day; but today, some calendars starts with Monday and ends with Sunday. This leave me a great confusion. But when I searched the Bible, I found out that Saturday is the Seventh day and the rest day for all. Agree?

To find out the answer about what day is the seventh day, we must look it into the word of God which is the bible because it started after the creation of the things we are into including the day, night, and dawn and even the moon, stars, planets, galaxies and any living creature. For me, am not looking for the seventh day because everyday is the lord's day to pray and worship, I am not relying what would be the day or the seventh day, what more important is that we need to have a personal relationship to Lord saviour Jesus Christ.

I strongly agree with you! We need to have a personal relationship with Jesus, the only Son of GOd, our Lord and Saviour. :D

The Bible nowhere says on what day of the week God began creating. If He started on a Monday, then the seventh day is a Sunday.
It doesn't actually matter which day is the seventh day. All that the Ten Commandments ask is thet one should remember one particular day out of the seven and keep it holy.

In all the languages I've seen that use numerals to denote a day of the week (Hebrew, Greek, Portuguese, Kurdish and I think, Persian), Wednesday is Day 4, making Sunday Day 1 and Saturday Day 7. But modern necessity is still to keep one day in seven, because the Sabbath was made for man. For the Christian, we meet on Sunday, so it makes sense to make that day the Sabbath, otherwise we will not have the requisite 6 days to labour and do all that we have to do.

I never got the Sabbath being on a Sunday. I always felt it should be on a Saturday because technically if the week starts on Sunday then Saturday would be the 7th day.

Yes, Saturday is the 7th day. Sunday is the 1st day of the week. However, the Romans changed it to Sunday. It is actually depicted in the bible in the book of Revelations ( if I am not mistaken) that they will change the set of times.

I don't really know this but since Sunday is a holiday it makes it best to go on church for everyone. I don't know which to follow. My brother went to one seven day Adventist college. so he used to tell all this. But who wants to dig the past because no one has the right answer. As we know that the Holy bible has been altered so many times. Therefore it is better not to go into all that. I am just going with the flow and do it how I want to do things in my life. thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
