I'm holding the cellphone of my sister and this always had difficulty getting a signal. so that's why I can't text and can't connect a call. So I have to turn it off and on again before I can get network coverage. I think this is just another cellphone problem and not actually network problem. So I am considering buying another phone.

I think it is better to call customer by telling the same issue to them. May be it is the problem with the sim. If it is their fault they will surely help you. If it is the problem with the cellphone I think it is better to buy a new cell phone.

I hope you buying another cellphone will solve your problem. But if you really want to check first, you might want to ask some of your friends living nearby if they are experiencing the same problem too using the same network. If not, you may want to test your sim card on their cellphones and check if it will display a better signal, then vice versa on your phone using their sim.
Anyway, all phones have warranty, so if you encounter the same problem on a new handset, you may have it checked by a phone technician.
Good luck on your new phone! Have a nice day. :)

no they are not experiencing the same problem it is the phone problem for sure. anyway, the keypad is quite hard to type. so it is better to change the phone then.

Sometimes I just face a lack of signal on my mobile phone. During those time I just used to switch off the phone and on them after some time. This will help me to get the signals back. May be this may be the problem with the operator of the mobile phone. Well, you have to check it by inserting the sim to an another phone and see the signals. So that you can identity whether it is the problems of the phone or the sim.
