what causes insomnia?

ive been hearing this words specially with those works in a callcenter. they say that whenever it's their rest days, they cant sleep early..guess it is because they are used on working at night. but how can we avoid this from happening? regular sleep?

Those who work in call centre their rthym of life change as body adjust to new lifestyle.But there are some who take the help of music and reading books for sleeping. A glass of warm milk also induces sleep.
