i am going to undergo LASIK -eye surgery in few months time

i have been suffering with poor vision ,for temporary usage,i have been wearing glasses and i certainly hate to wear contact lens which are quite hard and annoying and i find it hard to place it in my eye each time.so i prefer eye surgery.have anyone done it and is that so much painful.the time taken for operation is around 30 minutes.what are the precautions to be taken and how much will be the cost?

I am aware of this, it is almost painless; after operation one need not use glasses or contact lenses too, you have certainly taken the right decision, 5 months are over since you made this discussion; guess the operation is over Thanks for sharing. CHEERS

The cost varies with quality and ratio of success. You must consult a Councillor in case of fear or to get support... Better do the surgery soon to avoid further complications with vision. It is not painful since they inject for freezing or something. (I don't remember the correct word).

hi, i don't want to have a low vision or some problem with my vision because this is one of the senses very important to me,that is why i always take good care of eyes,and aside from that i don't like to wear a eye glasses someday,and another thing is i don't want to undergo in an eye surgery too.
