Today is the last day we'll be going back into the old house to get things for the move. We're almost completely settled into our new place, and I couldn't be happier. With only eighteen more days until my due date, I was ready to be settled in a week ago. Now, we just have to work on finishing getting the baby's stuff bought and set up, and we'll be ready to have this kid. If I've learned one thing from all this (being forced to move with only three weeks' notice only a month before my due date, almost losing the house we were going to move in to, having to move so quickly, etc), it's that life moves really quickly. If there was any way to slow it down, I definitely would've. It was better that we had to move pre-baby, because I can help do things without having to check on him every five minutes. But it was still pretty stressful. Now, we're just waiting on life to decide that it's time to hand us our little bundle of joy. And we just can't wait for him to get here.
