I think exercise tests us in so many ways, our skills , our hearts , our ability to bounce back after setbacks , what you think ?

Health-wise, they are a must. It will give you the everyday agility you need and it loosen up your muscles and joints. It keeps you young as well...

If you set goals for yourself to continue in endurance and difficulty the exercise becomes a personal challenge. And it is very good for the body and necessary for good health. One of the biggest exercise feats for me is to start exercising again after I haven't done it for awhile. Like if I get sick or too busy and don't exercise for a few days it is so hard for me to get back to doing regular exercise every day again.
