I want to learn music online, any site suggestions?

i regret the day that i didn't learn music, i really love music, but my parents were too busy getting me lessons. I'm afraid that i'm too old to learn music like the piano,violin, cello because my friend learned music since childhood. Can anyone give some tips? thx btw :D
