I just used to put alarm in my mobile to wake up early in the morning. Usually i just used to wake us quickly when as soon as the alarm rings but now i feel well lazy to get up.
The days are getting cold and when the alarm rings i just keep reapeating the alarm after ten minutes and i just go under the thick blanket
.How do you react when the alarm rings early in the morning ?
. Do you keep repeating the alarm ?
. How do you react when some one calls from you during your sleep ?
Please share and your views and your experience

Hi , when people who dont have the thought of getting up early in the morning though they have the alarm on would never get up on time.It is all the will issue once we feel to wake up early in the morning we would definelty get up early though we do not hav an alarm with us.
And the person who wants to sleep and never wake up with the alarm ringing frequently they would like to shut off the alarm and sleep again.
When we sleep early we wake up early , if we make this as an habit then nothing can make us sleep for long .

hi ,
How can u assume ur self to be a lazy person, already u were previously used to this gettingup early and sleeping early, its only that now u got tired and want to take a lot of rest so u make use of this time to give rest to ur body.
No one on this earth are lazy, if they are then the time would teach them how to become active and how to handle the things and situations around the person.
Life would teach a lot.

Well, to tell you the truth, unfortunately at the moment I find myself in the position of being unemployed, so that, I do not need no alarm clock in the morning. However, when I worked in the past and the alarm clock went off at 5 AM, it gave me really annoyed, the thought of having to interrupt sleep to go to work. However, it was certainly better in those days where at least I had a job.
Just to answer your second question however, if someone wakes me suddenly while I sleep, I certainly did not enjoy it, that's clear! However, I respond politely.

I feel really a great disturbance when someone wakes me from my sleep. I feel really angry when some make me to wake from my deep sleep. Sometimes I just react politely to it sometimes just harsh

i also set alarm on my mobile phone 2 hours early before the time i have to leave and when it rings sometimes i force myself to get up even though i am still sleepy because i really have to wake up on that time but sometimes i feel lazy i just set the alarm for another 30 minutes and get back to sleep. as for calls, i usually don't get calls during sleep but if i am too sleepy i would just ignore it or if i wonder who could be calling, i could answer it.

I just used to make the mobile phone silent. So that I don't recognize when some one calls me. I just don't love to answer or call a person when I am in the bed. I couldn't talk to the calls in a proper way as soon as I wake up.

Still now i did not have a late attendance to my collage because i wake us too early and used to do all my routines. How do you manage your time to get at the right time at your collage? How do you deal with it?

My collage just starts at 9;45 am but I just used to get there about 9 am. I can reach my collage so relaxed and I can listen to the classes well. So my mother just forces me to go early as soon as possible.

I am the kind of person who will always get up as soon as the alarm goes off, and I have to say that I have never set the alarm again after it has gone off. I know that if I go to sleep again when I am awake I will not be able to get up again, so this is just something that I don't bother doing at all. If you feel that you're tired in the mornings, then you should take some time to think about your sleeping habits and whether you're actually getting enough sleep at all. You should also make sure that the room that you're sleeping in is suitable, and not too hot or too cold or anything like that, because even little things like that can make a big effect with regards to how you feel in the morning.

The coldness is the one of the reason which makes of lazy to get up. I don't have such lazyness in the past. It has just arised now. Do you have this habit already? Do you find any ways to control it?

Hello my friend thewonderboy Ji,
Well, my hubby is myu alarm and my hubby never needs any alarm as he has a good practice of getting up whenever he wants to be awake at night with five minutes plus OR minus. Everynight, before going into sleep, he will recite some shlokas and remmeber Almighty, remmeber what time he wants to get up and immediately go to sleep, then get up automatically at right hr.
May God bless You and have a great time

Hello my friend thewonderboy Ji,
Well, when any Shlokas are chanted propery, it produces positive energy, which helps body to monitor everything correctly, I get peace of mind. I am bringing you the most popular shloka as below 'Gayatri-mantra'
Gayatri, the five-faced Goddess, is said to have domain over the five senses or pranas, and protects these five life-forces of those who chant the Gayatri Mantra. In her role as the protector, Gayatri is referred to as Savitri.
Word for Word Meaning of the Gayatri Mantra
Aum = Brahma ;
bhoor = embodiment of vital spiritual energy(pran) ;
bhuwah = destroyer of sufferings ;
swaha = embodiment of happiness ;
tat = that ;
savitur = bright like sun ;
varenyam = best choicest ;
bhargo = destroyer of sins ;
devasya = divine ;
these first nine words describe the glory of God
dheemahi = may imbibe ; pertains to meditation
dhiyo = intellect ;
yo = who ;
naha = our ;
prachodayat = may inspire!
"dhiyo yo na prachodayat" is a prayer to God
Hence the Gayatri is unique in that it embodies the three concepts of stotra (singing the praise and glory of God), dhyaana (meditation) and praarthana (prayer)
May God bless You and have a great time [em]thumbup[/e]

I also just used to chant slokas before i go to sleep. I feel a good inside me and helps to get a deep good sleep. Chanting such slokas helps me to stay away from all the rude dreams.
Do you also have such an pratice? How does it help you?

Where do you live that it is already cold in the morning? I need to move there! Around here if I have something to get up for I can pop up, otherwise I just stay in bed. Also I'm more likely to sleep in when I'm warm than when I'm cold. When it is cold out I feel rejuvinated and alive. I hop to take a nice hot shower and put on some cozy warm clothes for the day. I like cold weather.

For me, I also use my cellphone as alarm clock everyday. Usually, I get up on the first instance I hear the alarm to avoid any more noise that could awaken my baby, since my two-year old daughter sleeps in her crib inside our bedroom. But in some cases, like this morning, when the children don't have school and I can still extend my sleep, I just reset it to add thirty minutes more or so. There was also a time last week when I was really so tired because the night before that I attended a meeting which lasted until twelve midnight. I really wasn't able to wake up from the alarm, my husband had to wake me up because the alarm was causing noise. So basically, the alarm is enough to wake me up, except when I'm too tired or when I'm not really required to get up from bed yet. :)

When using the alarm clock or cellphone normally I go first be awake before the alarm gets to ring. I do have snooze type of sleeping specially when I have important meeting that I have to get up early. My body clock was used to be set when Im going to get up early.
I get annoyed when someone calls me in the middle of my sleep, sleeping is very precious to me, normally I m not in a habit of always sleeping 4 to 5 hours a day is enough for me when I woke up anytime of the day I can't hardly get back into sleep again only if it is only my time to sleep at night. That's why when Im sleep I don't want to be disturbed.

When someone calls me during my sleep, I generally don't answer. As far as the alarm, if I hear the same alarm morning after morning I'll begin to not even notice it. So, once in a while, I have to switch up the sound of the alarm -- to keep me on my toes. I use the online alarm on my pc because my phone alarm never seems to be enough to wake me up.

I know that this is going to sound very sad, but it is also the truth. When it comes to getting up in the morning, it is really not something that I am all that good at. I am just not a morning person. I set my alarm and I've been hitting the snooze button twice before I force myself to get out of the bed. The reason for this is because I just don't want to get out of bed. In addition to that, I also have to admit that I don't look forward to the drive that I'm having to make in the mornings. Oh well though, it is only 17 more working days that I'm going to be having to make that drive and then I will be able to sleep a little bit more again.

yeah it is very irritating when morning alarm keeps ringing. I go very mad when it happens. I just take to mobile and off it and go back in the thick blanket. But this is only in cold season. In summer I would just get off the bed and in the cold shower. lol thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

After getting up from my bed i just go to brush my teeth. While washing my face and my teeth i willl get shivered. Anyway i have to adjust with it because my mother do not give me hot water doing such activities, according to her it is a part of lazyness.
