For me acne comes on my face mostly after I eat fatty things and nuts. Peanuts have the worst effect on my face. Otherwise I am okay and skin stays clear if I keep myself away from these things. I have a cousin who has serious acne problem. She has got like holes on her face because of the type of acne she used to have. That phase has passed but the marks are still there and I feel sorry for her because it looks bad. thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

acne is a very common problems especially at teenagers but all age also can develop acne.yes you are right it is related to stress, hormonal change, emotional disturbances and many other like food,in several people spicy food can make acne flare.but the pathophysiology behind that is because all of that which is already mentioned make our natural oil which is produced by glandula sebacea so abundant and finally clogging our skin pores and that will make comedo which sometimes becomes acne

Over the years there have been many discussions and books written on the causes of and remedies for acne. I believe in a holistic or homeopathic approach. Just as there are many reasons for acne, there are many natural cures for acne. Some of the major causes of acne are diet, hygiene and hormones. Stress, too, is blamed. Some of the more popular and very good cures for acne are: washing the face with organic apple cider vinegar (it must be organic as this is unfiltered and pure) either straight or mixed with a small amount of water, dabbing hydrogen peroxide directly on the pimples and leaving on for several minutes or letting it dry and washing later, covering the affected areas with a thin layer of pure vitamin E oil and leaving on overnight, coconut oil applied to the acne (this may cause apparent worsening -detox- but will clear up) or used in oil pulling, tea tree oil applied works for some, dietary changes and zinc supplements. There are many more. Some work for some people, some don't. Everyone's body chemistry is different. Use of prescription medications can be hazardous, expensive and often times don't work. Natural remedies are cost effective and more healthful, generally having no side effects, barring any allergies one may have. Happy acne-fighting!
