A Great Relationship
is about two main thing
Finding out the similarity
and
Respecting the different
Yes and maybe this i call the real meaning of relationship is all about that is finding out the same thing and accept the thing that are not same in each other behavior and altitude in relationship
Are you the one who practice the two main thing in the relationship and very agree with this method to make the relationship go deeper and further?

Perfectly said. Enjoy the similarity and respect the differences, this is what makes a relationship strong. I am a kind of guy who would argue on the differences without letting ego's come in between.
