I've been bowling for 14 years so i can't tell you my worst score. I can tell you that just a few weeks ago on my leage i bowled a 593 total. The games where 189,215,189. Thats the best that i've ever bowled and right now my team is sitting in first place for our bowling league. There are about 20 to 22 teams on the league. my highest bowling score was a 233. I bowled that when i was 18.

Wow, you are a very good bowler. Any tips? Do you hook the ball or throw a straight ball? I am in a league too but am not as good and am very inconsistent. 230 is my best game ever but that was a couple years ago. It is still fun but want to get better.

I'm right handed and throw the ball as a back up ball from the left handed side of the lanes. It's some thing that i tought myself when i was 11. It was the only way that i could do anything when i was in the jr league. I just got a new ball last year and had it drilled just for me. It's a finger tip and works great. I can't give you any tip really unless i perosnaly watch you bowl and that's a little hard to do i think. The only thing that runs through my mind all the time is "arm straight and follow through."

I only went one time in my life. I was a young teen, and I hated it. I only scored a 90. It was my first and last time. Blessings, M&M

That is very good for someone bowling for the first time. Very good I would say. I still have trouble getting to 90 and I have been bowling for four years now. LOL I am sorry that you did not like it but it is not for everyone. Happy Valentines Day.

Of course, when I was young I had some really bad games. But over the last 15 years after I learned the game, my worst score was a 129. The lane conditions were terrible and I just couldn't figure it out. My best score is 280 and my best series is 701. I have bowled 17 strikes in a row but I don't have a perfect game. I shot the final 8 strikes of one game for a 279 and the first 9 strikes of the next game for a 267.

Make sure you don't put too much pressure on yourself. I started out bowling a 125 average in my first league at age 21. It took four years and two college bowling classes before I passed 150. From there it has taken a lot of years and new bowling balls to get my average over 190.

I don't feel so bad now. I've had low scores like that. I couldn't tell you the exact number of it but I'd say I've had at least one around the 50 mark. I think my highest score was a 175. I've never broken 200. I would love to but I'm just not that good and now I can't bowl anymore (due to injuries) so I doubt I'll ever get the chance to try.

I am sorry to hear that you are not able to bowl. A 175 is a very good game. I have bowled about 6 200 games in my life but it has been a while since the last time I have done that. I am learning how to use a fingertip ball right now to see if that will improve my game.

You sound like me, sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you don't. Bowling is like that. Sometimes you have a good night and sometimes you can't seem to hit the pins, but at least you have fun. I love bowling, its something everyone can have fun with.

I haven't bowled in a few years, so I don't know my hi or low score. All I know is I never hurt anybody.lol. But I am almost sure that I never made a score into the 200's. One of my friends bowl on a league and I always thought about joining one but I am not that good at it.

I have been bowling for 4 years and I bowl on leagues on mondays and wednesdays and in tournaments on most weekends. I love it. when I first joined a league I had never bowled before and I was on a team with the owner of the bowling alley who bowled professionally for many years. He told me the best piece of advise for beginners, find a technique you are comfortable with and practice it, thats how you become consistant. He was right! My worst game was my first game ever, a 47 and my best game was a 278.

hey kgwat70,
I have been an avid bowler for more than 10 years now, and my average started out around 90, with probably a low game of 70 or so, in the last year I have bowled my first 300 game, so i would say a difference between 300 and 70 is quite an improvement/dropoff.
