Put recovery first.

The way to remain a productive, responsible member of society is to put recovery first and going to the AA/NA meetings regularly. Gather with other addicts to share experience, strenght and hope and take what we learn from the meetings to continue in our recovery. We can not live and enjoy our lives without effective treatment of our disease. Addiction is a fatal and progressive. Addiction is a chronic selfcenered, obsessive, compulsive pattern of behaviors that has effected our lives in so many areas. We must put recovery first and continue working our steps and attending meetings to give us support and direction we need to recover from our addiction allowing us to live our lives to the fullest.
