Task signup dilemma

I received a message from a mylot user about the task he created to signup for the site, now my task was rejected after a month with the reason that the site was closed and now he sent a message to inform me that the site is up again given with the link for me to signup again, what the heck as far as i know to count your membership there's only 1 account under the same computer unless with different person probably if accepted. Is it acceptable to reject the task because the site i closed yet it was only DOWN and now up again? and helloooo my task was already rejected with my membership in that site and that person was already received a credit for my membership in that site. I don't think this will be tolerated as why wait for a month before approving the membership and wait if the site is secured or not if thy can just approved it the next day or at least 24-48 hours after submission of membership as its a task that once completed then you need to have it approve. What do you think fellow mylotters, anyone have the same dilemma?
