Hello all my friends and all members here Ji,
Recently there was a discussion here that 'COLLEGE-DEGREES' is must and a creteria for getting good job, I declined there as well. Today, I want to bring out from the net about 'COLLEGE-DROP-OUTS' who became billionaree and created jobs for others, and earned place in society as their bonus in life. It follows as No. (1) :-could anyone more try out with lot of degrees with them.
[b]1. Walt Disney
The maker of the adorable Mickey Mouse dropped out of school at the age of 16 and went on to become the most fascinating and well-known film producers of the world. With an average of 3 Disney films produced every year, the Walt Disney Company earns annual revenue of a whopping USD 35 billion.

Maygodbless you too
Practical exposure is important than impractical education and the education system must concentrate in teaching the students in practical way not in a impractical way. Mere reading and writing will not help in making a full man.
Its not matter a man is dropout or uneducated, but his knowledge and skills alone speaks.

Hello my friend dharanil Ji,
Well, Education is must, but for extra ordinary people it is not a mere binding on their career. Further, gentleman in discussion was not illiterate, he was equiped with basic education and after utilising all his skills, he proved much better than many in the life and became examalary.
May God bless You and have a great time

I don't think that college degrees are necessary to get a job, but I do think that they make people more well-rounded and better workers. And a lack of a college degree may be ok for some careers, like business, construction, and more hands-on jobs, but for many, a college degree is still needed. Doctors, lawyers, scientists, engineers, teachers, etc. I guess it kind of depends on what kind of job you want.
But I do believe higher education makes you more well-rounded. As you learn a ton of different issues, you get a better picture of the world, which can make people more understanding and accepting of one another.
Howevr, I have friends who have college degrees, and others who went straight into the work force, and they are all awesome people.

Hello my friend oXAquaXo Ji,
Well, so nice of you for your encouraging positive response keeping college degrees aside partially, but that is not necessary , in case one has will to do. we all know that our livilihood will be better depending upon financial condition . So we find out earning respources and build up our finacial condition by some work, bussiness as suits. But why not we take some of the living examples. That hesitation should be removed and if one can do others can also follow.

maybe it helps but is not an assurance. there are countless personalities without sufficient education who made it to the top. i believe it's more of the unique ability of the person or his inborn or acquired expertise in a particular field plus great and very strong determination and a blessing of luck.

It is true that one can have a professional success without school diplomas, but these people are rare and are just living proofs that the education system is not perfect. We had here a ministry of the department of Education who had left school at 15 and made a fortune by opening gas stations. I remember I met the boss of a factory employing 500 people who was proud to have left school at 12 without any diploma. He was spitting on any degree holder... but he was recruiting them.

Hello my friend topffer Ji,
Well, then people should come out from that feeling of non-educated and get inspired by these extra ordinary charcters an dtry and do much better. There is no barrier for their progress, only those who do not care would dare enough to take such drastic step.
May God bless You and have a great time
