Droid vs. Iphone

This is quite the topic considering that Apple and Samsung are in a legal battle over patens for these smart phones. I personaly prefer the Android, as do many other consumers, which is why Apple is in such an uproar. I imagine this case will get quite technical. After all, where do you begin when it comes to invention patents. Who first developed the phone? Mobile Phone? Mobile Device... and so on. Who technically holds intellectual property?? Anyhow, back to your question. Like I said earlier, I prefer the Android. I am actually currently using the Galaxy S. There are several reasons I prefer the Android over the Apple iPhone. First, I simple prefer the android design. How the phone is designed and how apps are organized on it. I also enjoy downloading my apps free of charge, where as, with the iPhone you must pay for each download.
