Physical exercise done indoors or outdoors, if it tires you, it is the best form of relaxation. It helps you get a sound sleep and is better than unnatural path of taking sleeping pills for getting sleep. What kind of physical exercise you do everyday? "I have no time" should not be said for the sake of your health.

If you go for a walk in the evening say after 6 or 7 p.m. and then comeback, relax for a while, have dinner and you can go to bed around 9 or 10 p.m. You will definitely get a good sleep. But the walking should be around 4 to 5 kms if you are 40+. Thanks for your response.

yes physical exercise is very important nowadays as we people are moving into sedentary lifestyles by working in front of computers, to be honest i dont do any physical exercies, i think playing badmition is a very good exercise and spend an hour or too will help to keep us fit
