What is a legitimate site where I can always check money exchange rates?

It's sad. I had my 100 euro exchanged to pesos last Saturday. The exchange rate was P50.84 per 1 euro. Just this morning, I found out that it's already P52.31. If I waited for two more days, I'll have more money.
This made me realize that if I'll start buying euro, and wait for the right time to have it exchanged for a higher rate, I can save enough money. How about you? Have you already tried this? I haven't attended any seminars yet, so I'll start with this one first.

If the exchange rate could go up. it could have gone down too. So there is really no right time to exchange your foreign currencies unless you have studied well the trends and the many factors that could affect the ups and downs of a particular currency against another. It is complicated and if you take it in a simplified way it just becomes a gamble. I know. I was burned. :(
